Flex by SSA (and our parent company, the SSA) respects your right to privacy. This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. We recognise that personal information will only be used for the purposes indicated in our policy, where we have your consent, or as required by law.

We collect information directly from you, through our website, and via our parent company, the SSA.

We generally do not provide your information to third parties, with the following exceptions:

Service Providers: Contractors and business partners who assist in our operations (e.g., payment processors, Swinburne University).

Added Benefits & Partners: If you opt-in for additional membership benefits or reciprocal rights programs, we may share relevant data with our partners (such as HALC or other fitness affiliates) to facilitate your access to those services.
