Flex by SSA is a student-first training facility on campus, built for strength, cardio and functional fitness. You’ll find open gym space, rigs and free weights, rowers and air bikes, plus room for mobility and conditioning. All sessions are scalable with flexible passes. Clean, safe and welcoming, it’s your home base to lift, sweat and progress every day.

Crossfit
Our space is designed for serious, scalable training, whether you are chasing strength, engine, or everyday performance. You’ll find multi-bay rigs, lifting platforms with bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, sleds, rowers and air bikes.

Strength Training
Built for progressive lifting, whether you are chasing PRs, muscle, or everyday resilience. You’ll find squat racks, benches, deadlift platforms, barbells with bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, plus strict spotting standards, collars and clear floor rules for confident, safe sessions.

Cardio
Engineered for conditioning, whether you are building endurance or speed. You’ll find treadmills, elliptical, rowers and air bikes for intervals or steady state, with pacing guidance, warm-ups, cool-downs and courteous sharing to keep sessions smooth at peak times.
